Practice schedules are at the discretion of the coaches. We do this so that each coach can schedule practices that are at the most convenient locations and times for their team.

Chula Vista League 

• Voyager Park (Upper Multi Purpose Field): Mon-Thurs, 4pm-5:30pm, Feb 28th to Mar 9th
  Beginning March 11th: 5pm-7pm
• Mountain Hawk Park (Grass Field): Mon-Thurs, 4pm-5:30pm, Feb 28th to Mar 9th
  Beginning March 11th: 5pm-7pm

La Jolla League

• San Marcos: Bradley Park (Multi Purpose Field 1): with lights Mon & Wed Only from 4pm-9pm

Full Refunds (for those who are NOT using a credit) given within 7 days of registration (Last refunds eligible for processing on February 23rd).

• Cancellations after 7 Days and up to February 23rd will be given a credit towards a future season
• After February 23rd, no refunds or credits will be provided
• Exception to the refund/cancellation policy is a severe injury/illness with a legitimate Doctor’s note provided prior to Game 1 of the Season

EQUIPMENT

• Jerseys, shorts, and flags are provided by the league.
• Players must provide their own mouthpiece and wear them at all practices and games. Any player without a mouthpiece will not be allowed to participate.
• Soft shelled helmets are optional
• Players can wear athletics shoes or cleats (no metal, please).

 NFL Flag San Diego is a non-profit organization.  All teams are required to find a $275 sponsorship from a local community business for our Spring season.  If a team is unable to find a sponsorship, the cost will be divided among all team members. If at any time during the season, the team locates a sponsor, the team members will be reimbursed.
